The Agent Manager is self-motivated and highly detail oriented. This person will be responsible for building strong relationships within the Channel and tech vendors. They will identify areas of opportunity to drive new business initiatives and support existing ones. The Agent Manager will manage Avid current customers and execute new customers that are located within Avid (ALLO Business Solutions) markets. The Agent Manager will report to Avid’s Senior Agent Manager. It will be very important that the Agent manager is meeting new sales goals and maintaining their customer base.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage customer expectations and drive satisfaction through consistent follow up, documentation, and relationship building.
  • Manages deliverables, understands account requirements, and drafts proposals.
  • Tracks of key account metrics
  • Communicates account progress to management. Work with the internal team to ensure seamless execution and onboarding of new business.
  • Take initiatives in identifying growth opportunities
  • Direct, monitor and lead the development of sales strategies, projects, and budget in line with corporate strategy.
  • Keep abreast with market trends and monitor competitors’ activities.
  • Oversee and monitor contracts for all the products/services within Avid (ALLO Business Solutions) markets.
  • Develop and maintain appropriate relationships with key contacts within the business organizations to promote Avid (Allo Business Solutions) product offerings and identify new leads.
  • Actively engage in building strong relationships with key business partners to bring into Avid (Allog Business Solutions) Channel Program
  • Ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Attain sales targets across the region, and control departmental expenditure within agreed budgets.
  • Meet and maintain sales targets based on compensation plan. Develop prospects through relationships with agents, and building strong relationships with business professionals.
  • Train customers how to use our products and services.
  • Attend community networking events to meet business professionals.
EDUCATION:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT or engineering is preferred
  • Additional professional qualifications will be an advantage
EXPERIENCE:
  • 2+ years of working experience in Business Sales or working experience with the Channel/Agents
  • Telecom/ISP/Networking experience is preferred
